And we must say, we have a handy tip for those winter fire moments;

light the fire // rug up // toast some marshmellows

TIP: hold the marshmellow stick about 20 cm above the flame and find the patience for a slow toast… when the outside of the marshmellow is nicely caramelized, the inside will be soft and gooey, and just melt in your mouth… similar to when the chocolate oozes out of a good chocolate fondant! Get yourself an outdoor fire, some company and try it!
