Sunsets everyday at this beachfront house on the white sands of Aspendale beach. With salty air and sandy wind being tough elements to deal with in the selection of building materials to prevent damage in years to come. Our crew ensured this project was built to endure the weather.

Walking out from the downstairs living area, you are greeted by a gorgeous backlit metal artwork piece, with a built in daybed opposite to sit and enjoy the garden view. Following the bluestone steppers, passing upon red gum posts, bluestone pillars and plants galore as points of interest, you find yourself in a sunken fire pit area, perfect for entertaining and spending long nights enjoying the view with specially planned outdoor lighting to enhance the visual experience. A variety of plants and trees species were used to keep you occupied whilst wandering in the garden. Some of the many varieties include Cycad, Fatsia Japonica, Bloodgood Maple, Rhapis Palm, Spear Lily, Evergreen Giant Liriope, Black Pantha Agapanthus, Dragon Blood Tree, Magnolia Saint Mary’s and producing trees; Olive, Lemon, Lime and Cumquat.
